Today we're merging TrueMajority with another young organization doing great things, USAction. While we've been connecting online with hundreds of thousands like you, they've been growing a network of state-based organizers who hold rallies, set up town hall meetings and run get-out-the-vote campaigns. We think putting the two together is going to create something entirely new, and pretty cool.

It's just in time, too. You've probably already heard that the President plans to veto funding for the program which provides healthcare for kids whose parents work but can't afford insurance. (He wants to spend the money prolonging the Iraq occupation instead.) This is about as clear a chance to stand up for the kind of America we want as we could ask for, and we're pulling out all the stops.
