Member Rights and Responsibilities

We take seriously the idea that TrueMajority is a service to you, so members of USAction's "TrueMajority" project get to take a substantial role in the management and direction of the organization. By clicking a button with the words "affirm USAction / TrueMajority membership," you become a member. From time to time our members vote on issues and positions taken up by the organization, and the results of those votes are really truly binding -- not just advisory. (We'll also ask you for your advice sometimes, too, because we like to hear from you as much as possible.) Members also participate in electing the Board of Directors for USAction.

TrueMajority is a project of USAction, a 501(c)(4) organization under the IRS tax
